The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers must be used prior to the expiry date; the amount automatically expires & is not retrievable.
All accommodation vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking. Accommodation check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.
The voucher amount is not transferrable & cannot be redeemed for cash. No credit/change can be given on unused amounts. The voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
Bookings must be made directly with The Sebel Mandurah reservations team – quote voucher number at the time of booking & present on arrival.
The Sebel Mandurah reserves the right to provide an alternative service if the original package is not available.
