Terms and Conditions

The gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

A voucher may only be used at the corresponding venue that it was purchased for and entitles the bearer to food and beverage to the value specified. Bookings must be made directly with the corresponding venue and advising of the use of gift voucher.

Bookings are subject to the availability of the service and accommodation. The Sebel Mandurah reserves the right to provide an alternative service if the original package is not available.

The full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion. AccorPlus discount does not apply. The voucher amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No credit/change can be given on unused amounts.

Voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
